closed a cash sale today from an out of state buyer that found me on the
site. I have two other out of state buyer appointments this month! I'm

It took 9 months before
seeing any results but here's the results. I have 3 buyers that hit
between Dec 31 forward. Those three are in either new build or spec
homes and one I got the listing as well... I think I'll hang on to this site for awhile.
